While browsing around CPF
I got my attention for a company called ARC Flashlight. They are making
nice little LED based flashlights for every day use.
The ARC AAA is powerd by single AAA size battery. There is a step up converter for
driving a single white LED. Therefore its the same brightness for a lot of hours before
it goes into "moon" mode.
I like this little light for EDC (every day carry). It is very bright for its size and has got a reasonable runtime. Another use is for ultralight hiking, because it is very small, lightweight and powerfull.
